The three blessings here refer to:

This pot has three treasures combination, namely the fushou (Buddha's Palm of Windfall), the peach and the pomegranate. The fushou is a fingered citron associated to Buddha, the peach is the fruit of immortality and the pomegranate has many seeds implying many children. These three fruits are called Fuk Luk Sau, which is the symbolic representation of the Fuk Luk Sau.

Symbolic meaning and uses
The Fuk Luk Sau (also known as Three Star Gods) is the most important symbol that appear in all chinese households as they integrate
1. Happiness/Descendants Luck/Power/Authority,
2. Success/Prosperity/Wealth and
3. Longevity/Health.
